Eligibility:
You are eligible for Community Care Program (CCP) services if:
- You are 60 years or older
- You are in physical need
- You are a resident of Illinois and a U.S. citizen or legal immigrant
- You meet the asset requirements
- You meet the requirements for medical benefits
Cost:
If you meet the eligibility requirements and if your family income is below the federal poverty level, the State will pay the ENTIRE cost of the services.
